Last year we raised well over £2,000 for Charity & got the people of Chippenham & surrounding areas together for a great night of Rocktastic entertainment so awesome.we blew the grid!!!
This year we will be putting on 8 bands from all over the UK on 2 Stages equipped with full lighting, sound & visual rigs, playing nonstop rock throughout the evening & into the wee small hours. We'll have a BBQ and a fully licensed bar.

We will be sending all proceeds to Macmillan Cancer Support and Souls and Shadows who help people with fighting life-threatening illnesses and there families through Music Therapy.

This Sunday, 13 June, Wiltshire College Lackham will be opening its gates to the public as part of the national initiative ‘Open Farm Sunday 2010.’ The day promises visitors a great day out.
Everyone is invited to come and see what happens beyond the farm gate. Activities for the whole family will be on offer. Tractor Ted is the special guest and visitors can have fun on his stand. Enjoy a tractor and trailer ride through Home Farm and visit the deer park. The woodland walk will also be open - an ideal way to enjoy the peace and beauty of the idyllic Lackham Estate.
Visitors can make a day of it and bring a picnic to enjoy with family and friends. For machinery lovers, there will be plenty of vintage tractors and tools from the past on show as well as present farming equipment.
Refreshments will be for sale, including Lackham beef rolls.
Wiltshire College Lackham will be open from 10am – 4pm. A family ticket (2 Adults + 2 Children) costs £12. Single Adults cost £4.50, Concs £3.50 and Children £2.50. There will be a small additional charge for the miniature railway and bouncy castle.
Caroline Drummond, Chief Executive of LEAF (Linking Environment and Farming) who organise Open Farm Sunday said: “This is a day out with a real difference! Whatever you do at an Open Farm Sunday event on Sunday 13 June, it is a great chance to take in some stunning scenery and enjoy the country air. You will really get to know how your food is produced and maybe even taste some, all whilst finding out how the countryside around you is cared for”.
This will be the fifth Open Farm Sunday and over 450 farms across the country are expected to open.

Come and enjoy the tranquil setting of our 200 year old walled garden, which now comprises of numerous themed beds and plots growing ornamental, cut flower and edible crops (vegetables, soft and trained top fruit) together with four large greenhouses. The Walled Garden is also the setting for a major piece of student work, known as the Practical Plot Project, students are allocated individual plots on which they have to grow and cultivate a range of plants, and the final assessment is carried in the third week of June by two external examiners. This is also a unique opportunity to see and experience student practical work immediately following final assessment. Also enjoy Strawberries and Cream.
